We wanted to thank everyone who has been sharing their feedback with us so far. We have had an overwhelming response with over 3750 visits to this website and a steady stream of emails, postcards, phone calls and blog comments with your thoughts and feelings on the planned improvements. We are working hard to develop a design proposal that reflects this feedback alongside our own analysis and design work.

We were thrilled to meet over 120 of you at our consultation event on Saturday 9 June. You shared lots of positive feedback as well as suggestions for things you feel we might improve or consider in more detail.

If you haven’t yet been in touch we are now half way through the design consultation period and the closing date for comments is Monday 9 July. We want to hear as many views as possible during the remainder of the consultation. You can give us your feedback by:

  • Leaving comments on this web site
  • Coming along to a drop-in session with the project team at one of our two remaining events:

Saturday 23 June 1.30pm to 4.30pm in The Parade in the green and white gazebo near the pond.

Wednesday 27 June 1.30pm to 4.30pm in The Parade in the green and white gazebo near the pond.

  • Completing one of the postcards at Watford Town Hall and Watford Central Library.
  • Emailing BDP at
  • calling Jenny Wilson at BDP  on 020 7812 8341

Please tell us what you think!

You have not included a link to view on-line the design proposals.
Is there any reason for this or have you just omitted to do so?

Yes, it will be difficult to have our say if they don’t put th designs up. World class!
